To budget for your fixed monthly expenses, just add your base rent to the One-Time and Monthly Fees, plus any Add-Ons you select.

APPLICATION FEE $41.64 per applicant, required
SCREENING REPORT $13 per applicant, required
HOLDING DEPOSIT $300 per unit, required

MONTHLY FEES

TRASH Varies based on usage per unit, required
WATER/SEWER Varies based on usage per unit, required

PEST CONTROL $3.50 per unit, required
UTILITY ADMIN FEE $4.50 per unit, required
ELECTRIC Residents responsibility, required

PET DEPOSIT (non-refundable) $500 per pet/one-time (2 pets max), optional
PET RENT $75 per pet/month (2 pet max), optional
PARKING $350-$450 per vehicle/month, optional
MOTORCYCLE $125 per motorcycle/month, optional
BIKE STORAGE $50 per bike/annual, optional
CO-WORKING PRIVATE MEETING ACCESS $10 per hour, optional
CLUBHOUSE $250 per 2 hours, optional
ROOFTOP $500 per 4 hours, optional

SITUATIONAL FEES

LATE FEE $125 per occurrence
NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS (NSF) $25 first time, $35 second time
LEGAL/EVICTION FEES Varies per occurrence
EARLY LEASE TERMINATION/CANCELLATION 2 times one month's rent
INTER COMMUNITY TRANSFER FEE $500-One month's rent
